You don’t need all your ducks in a row to start living a healthier life! One of the biggest pitfalls in setting achievable goals is we try to accomplish so much all at once! We want every single, damn duck, in a perfect line — and think somehow if we start with this perfect line of ducks, we’ll successfully reach our goal of a healthier more active lifestyle. Well I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to give a F*** about every duck! So, what the hell does that mean….
So here we go again! A New Year! A New You! But wait, what is so wrong with the current you!! I am sure you are flawed, but do you really need a New YOU? What if instead of making the same old general broad resolutions to lose weight, get fit, win a millions dollars blah blah blah…you decide to try be more a little more Awesome and to suck a little less in 2016 in a few small ways, instead of grandiose resolutions that lead to a big failure each year!!!
This goes out to all the Mommies who are torn between feeling sad that summer is gone — with the easy peasiness of a less scheduled day — and feeling very excited to get these children that we love out the darn door so we don’t have to be a referee anymore!
